Silm Tea
Preparation: Add 3/4th of a teaspoon to a cup ofboiling water and brew for about 3 minutes. Strain and serve hot
Directions to use: ½ teaspoon per cup for the first four daysconsuming one time a day. From day four, 3/4th of a teaspoon twice aday (morning and evening). The taste can be enhanced by adding a squeeze oflime and honey.
